About This Project

Sited on a 2.2 acre parcel overlooking the St. Lucie Waterway, this mixed-use project is the impetus for the redevelopment of the City of Stuart North Shore area by promoting a sense of place within the urban district.  Utilizing traditional architectural features such as arcades, balconies, railings and porches that enable social interaction on downtown streets, this New Urbanism approach to planning provides for mandated building alignments to define coherent street spaces and the visual protection of the streetscape from the parking areas. The use of traditional forms that are both historically relevant and enduring, establish an architectural vocabulary that is harmonious with the architectural heritage of downtown Stuart.
